The Citizens Access Portal is the homeowner- and contractor-facing interface for Habersham County's Tyler Technologies EPL permit system. Contractors submit applications and supporting documents; homeowners can look up permit status, fees paid, and inspection results. Most North Georgia counties have analogous portals (Hall through City of Gainesville BID, Rabun through Building Services Division).
