The Georgia Certified specialty license (RP) authorizes work specifically on swimming pools and spas — construction, resurfacing, equipment-pad work, plumbing, and electrical bonding under NEC Article 680. Pool plumbing and structural work in Georgia must be performed by an RP-licensed contractor or under a CGC who has pool/spa scope. Ryan Carey carries (license # here) in addition to his CGC.
